Alpha Helix started as two friends who met at college and bonded over a shared passion for gaming. What began as casual sessions quickly grew into a community built on competition, camaraderie, and countless late-night gaming sessions.
The founders
Cloud Security Engineer by day, gamer by night. Warsar is always chasing the next big title and rarely sticks to just one game for long. He'll try anything once and probably finish and drop it before anyone else. SWTOR though? That one never left.
The mastermind behind the LAN party. Phatcereal came up with the idea and has been handling the technical side ever since. If the network works and everyone has a seat, that's his doing. The LAN wouldn't exist without him.

Our bread and butter. Tight angles, clutch rounds, and way too much post-match analysis. We take CS seriously. Maybe a little too seriously.
Tactical ShooterNo ranked stress here. We keep it to ARAM and Mayhem. Pure chaos, maximum fun, and absolutely no one playing optimally.
MOBAFrom survival servers to elaborate builds, Minecraft has been part of Alpha Helix since the beginning. Some things never get old.
SandboxA galaxy far, far away and still going strong. SWTOR holds a special place in the group and keeps pulling people back no matter how many other games come and go.
MMOSpreading managed democracy, one bug-infested planet at a time. Best enjoyed with a full squad and a complete disregard for friendly fire.
Co-op ShooterSometimes you don't need a masterpiece. Just something dumb to play together. If it makes the group chat go wild, we're in.

Once a year we come together in person for our LAN party: hours of gaming, good food, and even better company. It's become one of our most cherished traditions.
